  1. I don’t buy that the neatness argument helps workers. Different people need different things to do their best work. Things that are most important to me at work are things I like to post on the wall – assuming I still get at least a half height one so I do not have to hear everyone else. I don’t like big open spaces – other people and noises are far too distracting.
